We start off with the first known overtly claimed and granted Free Energy US patent from 1871.

This is a basic webpage that will be upgraded shortly. For now I wish to provide some information in the way of documents, videos and information that people have requested about free energy and overunity systems. This is an overview of my several video series and will be a website to give direction for people so overwhelmed with information that they have no idea where to begin to figure out how to get and use practical alternative energy. One such key solution we have already solved is with our Renaissance Charge battery chargers/rejuvenators which allow you to keep your batteries and restore most useless batteries. This is a missing link in most alternative energy systems. Making and selling these chargers to people that have asked for them is one half of what we do at Renaissance Charge. The other half is educating people about several different kinds of alternative energy, most of which is not popular even though it works. Because people have also asked we provide various Motor Energizer kits to help people research and provide their energy needs. This is a work in progress as we have worked with many people around the world with a variety of systems that accomplish the same ends. It is important for people to understand the development of this technology so we would like to share the history as well. It is also important that people are kept safe in experimentation and with using any technology so we share warnings that few people in this work care to mention. It is manifest that because of this work, especially in the last year, I have now become personally attacked in various ways. So I share this information at a cost and I hope to share everything planned. I appreciate your prayers and support in this effort and thank all those who have gone before me to help in these matters. - It is a wonder that this patent gets almost no attention in free energy circles and the skeptics do not even mention it either. And to top that, of the few people who have mentioned this patent in recent years, no one has noticed the most obvious part about this claim. That is what the meaning of the simple title is. This almost universal lack of knowledge of this patent, and the complete and fundamental misunderstanding of it, lead me to do a video series called: The First Free Energy Patent is Misunderstood. Part 1 Daniel Cook
A few points to consider. Patents at the time required working models demonstrated. Induction coils at that time always had interrupters on them, of which this patent was to be an improvement in induction coils. Patents are not instructions for the general public on how to build something but are for those skilled in the trade to understand their meaning. Many patents, as I showed even 40 years later in Benitez patents, referred in picture to induction coils without showing the interrupter. People missed that with Benitez patents as well. It was understood to be an essential part of the induction coil. Otherwise it was just a transformer. There is no way to make power continually flow through two transformers in such a system, and Cook never implied that as people have assumed in our day. You can see another patent of Benitez doing the same thing, where he had an induction coil with a transformer in parallel with an increase of energy gain in the process. I have extensively studied induction coils and am not aware of anyone else realizing this about this patent. So I wish to give this special attention. These points need to be considered. I hope you ask yourself why all this has been overlooked. I hope to share many things like this that have been overlooked and long forgotten. While this can be replicated I have found the Carlos F. Benitez systems to be an improvement upon this patent which I have replicated. I would like to do Cook's system in the future when time permits. There are many other details that I need not mention because I go over them in the above video. I will just metion a few more. A recent article about this famous famous Daniel Cook. Carlos F Benitez.
- We move on to perhaps the most important free energy group of patents (British) in history, from 100 years ago. Special thanks to Bruce A. Perreault for finding these documents over 10 years ago and bringing them to everyone's attention. As mentioned in the following videos, it will be seen that many ideas in alternative energy circles come from this source even though people are not aware of that. There are two patents of Benitez spanning from 1914 to 1918, and the first of which has several additions that really mean there is about 4 or 5 similar Benitez systems for generating power unconventionally. I will give my video links first followed by the various patent and related files.

- System for the Generation of Electric Currents. GB191417811A is the first patent application showing a capacitor system that recharges itself while putting out a continuous load. Special notice that an induction coil is drawn without the interrupter but is clearly part of the patent on either side of the two circuit options at coil 5 and 50. Secondly notice the arrangement of the diodes in a very unique direction. Benitez says the kinds rectifiers do not make much difference in the system, but I am still trying to evaluate if they are additive to these systems over our present diodes.

System for the Generation of Electric Currents. GB191514311A shows three variations of the first battery rotating system. A. Notice the first version can be done with only the induction coil (with interrupter) without the second transformer and spark gap. This file shows this clearly and with the interrupter. B. The second way adds the transformer in parallel with the additional spark gap and capacitor as also shown in that file. This model is exactly like Cook's patent without the batteries (although Cook did mention batteries could be added). See this document transcribed here.
- Notice that Benitez switched capacitors around rapidly but there is not a hint of doing this with batteries as he obviously knew that this was bad for batteries as all my research has shown. Benitez reveals in these patents that he did thorough testing and had a good knowledge of everything he talked about. He rotated batteries every hour.
C. The last model is yet another improvement and adds the load with transformer in series with the induction coil. Notice in this file the unique position of the capacitor on the induction coil and what he says about it and what I show in the video. This is what I demonstrated in these above videos. I don't think anyone has demonstrated that on the internet before. I want to develop this model as a kit in the near future. It is exactly what I do with my motors in the second stage process. It even relates to the third stage as well...
New Process for the Generation of Electrical Energy. 121561 is the final Benitez patent that simplifies the process even futher in reducing the number of batteries from four to two. It also has several variations. A. The first is using a DC motor running off the primary battery to power an AC generator in resonance to power a transformer. B. The second is to run an induction coil (again with an interrupter) off the same input battery instead of using the motor and generator. The Don Smith and Ed Gray system is like this as I showed in my 4th and 5th video in the above series. The most critical part of this system is the spark gap. There is also two models here as well. C. You can run this with a basic spark gap or with a magnetically quenched spark gap. What is important to consider is if the type of magnetic quenching he shows, the Poulsen type which are coils, is additive to the output in the way of what Gray was doing with collectors at right angles to the spark gap to pick up addition energy, or whether a sufficient set of strong magnets is equally as good. This is what is shown in my file here. This patent is very thorough and even gives an unusual amount of data for people to replicate and figure out every detail. He even tells you the COP one could expect with all the calculations for a particular setup.
I have some of these patents typed out but have not finished finalizing them. I noticed that Patrick Kelly decided to change the words and meaning of these patents in his Free energy book in his distorted presentation of Benitez where he actually misinforms the reader multiple times and essentially turns people off from him as a system not practical at all. Beware of such people that change people's words and have no experience with building systems.
INTRODUCING The Benitez Loving Paths Switches, as well as the proposed Carlos F Benitez Historic Free Energy Loving Paths Open Source Project.
There are eight Benitez Switches , what I am now calling, The Benitez Loving Paths Switches, that all do similar things.
The first two are from the initial 1914 17,811 application, and are only differing in that the second has one has less parts. The next two, from the 5591 addition to the patent, also are also closely identical to each other and differ in several more parts and processes added to one of them. The next two, from the second addition (14,311 ) of the patent, are also only different in the one having one less transformer, capacitor, and spark gap from the other. The third Switch in this second addition is similar to both of these but with different arrangements and advantages over both of the previous. The last Benitez Switch is in a patent all of its own (121,561) which is the best of all of them in terms of the least amount of parts, processes, and the greatest output or COP. There are several minor modifications of this, some of which result in major output differences.

I am setting up a proper standard and method of research for the public that insists upon the end result of systems that are: 1. Safe to use. 2. Easy to make. 3. With stable results. 4. And are practical to use. So I wish to introduce today The Benitez Loving Paths Switches as a perfect example of achieving these goals in an opensource manner. I believe that the pages of Carlos F. Benitez electrical generation patents along with Tesla's two papers from the 1890s contain all the information anyone skilled in the art will need to accomplish these ends.

What I propose to do is transcribe all the patents and create similar diagrams so that everyone can easily follow the details and progress of the patents. I have also highlighted the key statements and will give illustrative details about them from others during that time. In the following video I do some of that with mentioning the two papers by Tesla.
We will then want to explore the different unique Benitez processes and seek to exploit and enlarge upon them. Finally we will want to seek the most efficient way to safely use readily available parts today to be able to use such systems practically. In this open source project I will try and demonstrate each of the 8 switches as close to their original form, and also to produce modifications of them so that we can easily replicate them with parts available today. The end result is to make an existing system that everyone in this world can make for themselves that can produce 500 watts of power continuously for their needs (and be modified for lower or higher power levels). I would like to have a suitable online forum for this, which is fundamentally different than the existing forums that mostly go nowhere, but which is truly helpful for the public. I am not asking for anyone's help and have learned to accept that the most important things in history hardly ever got support from anyone. All I ask is that you keep an open and patient mind and avoid falling for the traps in our subterfuge culture that elicits prejudice and bias and self-destruction.
Fluid Motor. US971517 is also another Benitez patent (US however) that does not pertain to alternative energy, which I have nevertheless included for your research into this 'blessed' man. It is ironic that I did my series a year ago on Selfish Circuits or Loving Giving Paths based upon Benitez system without even knowing of him. And Benitez means blessed.

- "If now, as shown in Fig. 2, a conductor B be wound parallel with the conductor A and insulated from it, and the end of A be connected with the starting point of B, the aggregate length of the two conductor being such that the assumed number of convolutions or turns is the same, vis, one thousand, then the potential difference between any to adjacent points in A and B will be fifty volts, and as the capacity effect is proportionate to the square of this difference, the energy stored in the coil as a whole will now be two hundred and fifty thousand as great. Following out this principle, I may wind any given coil either in whole or in part, not only in the specific manner herein illustrated, but in a great variety of ways, well known in the art, so as to secure between adjacent convolutions such potential difference as will give the proper capacity to neutralize the self-induction for any given current that may be employed. Capacity secured in this particular way possesses an additional advantage in that it is evenly distributed, a consideration of the greatest importance in many cases, and the results, both as to efficiency and economy, are the more readily and easily obtained as the size of the coils, the potential difference or frequency of the currents are increased."
There are hundreds more patents that are either free energy systems or contain free energy processes. But it is rare to find credible patents like these that actually claim overunity so clearly and are relatively easy to demonstrate. Several lists have been made over the years of the internet but they do not include these which I have given above. There is also a lot of other information outside of patents about such processes which I hope to show when there is time. These are the kinds of things I cover at my conventions.
